Letters from the Delaware Division of Revenue are being sent out stating that taxes are due by April 30. PLEASE NOTE that these letters are INCORRECT, but are system-generated, so until the Division is able to fix this, these letters are being automatically sent out. As previously noted, Delaware taxes are not due until July 15. The following note is on the Division's website:

"Our computer systems are currently being updated to reflect new COVID-19 related due dates. Please disregard Tax Year 2019 notices with the original due dates, and use the extended date of July 15, 2020."
