As finance professionals we often have dual responsibilities, to use our technical skills and also to exercise our leadership skills to lead a department. But we are often not sufficiently trained in the second, and sometimes most important, skill set. This short program takes an in-depth look at a proven model designed to help us understand both ourselves and other people.
