We're a full service licensed accounting firm. We specialize in accounting & tax services and tax problem resolution. We've been helping individuals and small businesses since 2007. However, due to the COVID crisis, we are only providing these services REMOTELY.

Our accounting services such as Individual Income tax return preparation for simple and complex tax situations. Usually, we work with multi-state returns, real estate rentals, self-employed, amended returns, and nonresident returns.

Our specialty is small business taxes and we do provide related accounting services like bookkeeping, payroll services, and sales tax compliance. Business tax preparation includes returns for sole proprietorship and self-employed, partnerships, LLCs, S-corps, and "C" Corporations.
